DETAILS

Professional Finishing + Firing

For standard lessons, your instructor will guide you to select your best pieces at the end of the session. You will choose a studio glaze for your work, and all of your pieces will be finished in that single, uniform color to ensure high-quality kiln results.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

BOOKING COMMITMENT: Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows on the day of the lesson forfeit the full session fee. Instructors are compensated in full for no-show sessions.

LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time of the session. Out of respect for our instructors and facility scheduling, the session will conclude at the originally booked time regardless of when you arrive.

Turnaround + Storage Deadlines

The complete firing and finishing process takes about 4 weeks. We will contact you as soon as your pieces are boxed and ready on our pickup shelves.

IMPORTANT STORAGE POLICY: Your finished handmade pottery is completely food, microwave, and dishwasher safe! However, due to limited shelf space, 716 CERAMICS STUDIO only stores finished private lesson pottery for a maximum of 3 months (90 days) from the date of the lesson. Any work left abandoned after 90 days will be permanently purged or donated.
