Start your Sundays with a warm brew and a creative community at 716 CERAMICS STUDIO! Sunday Mug Club is a specialized, 4-week course dedicated entirely to the art and engineering of the perfect functional drinking vessel — mugs, teacups, and tumblers.
A great drinking vessel is highly personal; it must be intimate, comfortable in the hands, and smooth on the lips. To explore this, complimentary fresh coffee and tea will be provided each morning. Before you sit down to create, you'll select a handmade mug crafted by various professional artists from our studio gallery to use during class. By drinking out of different professional styles, you will experience diverse weights, handles, and lip profiles firsthand, broadening your imagination of what a mug can and should look like.
Whether you prefer the pottery wheel or building by hand, our instructor will help you refine your technique to create a personalized collection of functional ware.

THE DETAILS
CLAY ALLOTMENT: Your tuition includes a 20 lb allotment of standard studio clay, which covers all subsequent house glazes and bisque/glaze firings.
TOOLS PROVIDED: All standard studio pottery and handbuilding tools are provided for use during your scheduled class time.
What's Included: Clay + Materials
Pottery Pickup + Turnaround
Your finished mugs will be carefully dried, bisque-fired, glazed, and glaze-fired by our team after your 4-week course concludes. Your handmade pieces will be ready for pickup within 4 to 6 weeks of your final class date.
Finished pottery not claimed within 90 days of the notification date will be donated or disposed of. 716 CERAMICS STUDIO is not responsible for unclaimed work after this window.
Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior. 716 CERAMICS STUDIO does not serve or provide alcohol. All guests consuming alcohol on premises must be 21 years of age or older. The studio reserves the right to ask any guest whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of others to leave without refund.

Registration + Cancellation Policy
Tuition is refundable (minus a standard credit card processing/service fee) only if a cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the first day of the session. Cancellations made within the 14-day window or after the session begins are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
A minimum of 4 enrolled students is required to run this session. In the rare event a class does not meet minimum enrollment, you will be notified in advance and issued a full refund.
